    Last year, Vivienne approached me with the project of adapting a collection of Protein Spotlight articles into comic strips, both in English and French versions. The Geneva-based cartoonist aloys lolo was to create them on a monthly basis and eventually publish a book as well as set of posters. Could these comics be easily adapted into Protein Spotlight’s existing website?

    After weeks of uncertainty, followed by the announcement that the June exams were cancelled, her Collège Director decided to organise a graduation ceremony on Monday, June 22nd to close the 4 years leading up to the Maturité fédérale, the Swiss public high school’s diploma giving students access to the universities and polytechnic schools, in Switzerland and abroad.

    It’s almost 2 months now since the semi confinement was ordered, and this Monday will see most of the businesses return to our new normal.

    There were long queues at the garden centres and DIY last Monday. Mathias popped down to the Migros Brico to stock up on wood for his frames and noticed that most of the people were buying plants and flowers. Flashes of colours and smiling faces.

    Easter break. We are slowly reaching our first month of semi confinement. We have grown accustomed to living all four of us together, and are enjoying it. Mathias and Emma are happy to spend more time together, like when we all go on holiday together. I love having all my family around me.
