A tombstone we stumbled on after a fascinating guided tour of the Plainpalais cemetery (aka Cimetière des Rois) in Geneva last Sunday.
The tour lasted just over an hour. We walked through this beautiful place listening to stories and anecdotes retracing the history of the cemetery and the role it played in Geneva's history. Fascinating.
I love storytelling.
The tour is given every Toussaint weekend.
